Everything clean so far. Location is great if you like the hustle and bustle of the old town. The hotel is a good place to stay for one or two nights. Our room faced the inner courtyard which was why it was very quiet.
Definitely not as exclusive as it looks on the pictures but already a bit outdated. So the price-performance ratio is not quite what we think. The breakfast was ok but no highlight. The coffee was sour and bitter.

Great choice for trip. Perfect hip new property with extremely friendly staff with overwhelming services. Magnificent, perfect location in Hoan Kiem district adjacent to the lake, the market, surrounded by plenty of food, and good restaurants and shops in the old town. Also, on the northern outskirts of the Old Quarter.

The Winter Boutique Hotel was a great find in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony offering great views. The breakfast provided was also excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
No complaints, everything was perfect.
